(Senior) Salesforce Admin/Developer (partime or fulltime)
As a Salesforce Developer, you will extend Salesforce beyond its existing capabilities and take technical responsibility for integrating external systems. Using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and APIs, you design and implement customized solutions tailored precisely to the needs of our clients.
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years experience with Salesforce administration or development
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Apex, Java, or C#
- Experience in building web pages with Visualforce or HTML/CSS
- Experience with Lightning or JavaScript
- Ability to write and understand SOQL / SQL database queries
- Good knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP)
- Declarative Tools (Flows, Dynamic Forms, etc)
- Relevant Salesforce certifications
- Hands-on projects experience
- Strong communication skills
- (Optional) Business fluency in German (minimum A2 level) is highly advantageous and positively impacts compensation
Team Lead (partime or fulltime)
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to guide our Salesforce consulting teams toward technical excellence and successful client project delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring developers, streamlining agile processes, and acting as a technical bridge between engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in team management, mentoring, or technical leadership
- Strong background in software engineering, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem or IT consulting
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a focus on empowering team members and fostering a collaborative culture
- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project delivery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- (Optional) Business fluency in German (minimum A2 level) is highly advantageous and positively impacts compensation
